♣ Ingredients for making spinach soup -

  • 500 gm spinach
  • Three to four tomatoes
  • One inch long ginger

  • One-fourth teaspoon black pepper
  • A lemon
  • One or two tablespoons butter
  • Two tablespoon cream
  • One big spoonful of green coriander chopped

♣ Method of making spinach soup -


  •  First remove the spinach stick and remove it. Now wash the remaining spinach twice in three or three times clean water. Wash ginger and also wash it and wash the tomatoes as well.
  • Now you chop the tomatoes, ginger, and spinach fat.
  • Now take a vessel and put the chopped tomatoes, ginger, spinach and some water in it and keep it on the stove to boil. When the spinach becomes soft then stove it.
  • After tomato, ginger, and spinach cooled down, grind them thoroughly by putting them in a mixer.
  • Now add one liter of water to the frying mixture and filter it with anything.
  • Burn the stove mixture to the stove and keep it on the fire. And get salt, black salt and black pepper in it. Now cook for two to three minutes after boiling in the soup.
  • Now your spinach has become soup. Now take it off from the stove and add butter in it and mix it. Then add lemon juice and mix it.
  • Now heat hot spinach soup, put it in the soup bowl and add cream and green coriander from above and serve hot hot.
